ARTICLE 3: SEND-OFF CEREMONY

 

The send-off ceremony for our work immersion signaled the start of an exciting and challenging chapter in my academic and career journey. A meaningful experience  that opened a new door to another journey full of opportunities and lessons to prepare us for the professional world. I made sure to arrive early, wearing my complete uniform and presenting myself neatly and professionally. Doing so made me feel more confident and ready to face the responsibilities ahead. Although I felt overwhelmed, I was also prepared and motivated, knowing that this experience would help shape my future career.

I am assigned at the Municipal Health Office, a workplace that truly aligns with my dream and passion. Being placed in an environment related to healthcare excites me because it allows me to gain firsthand exposure to a field I aspire to be part of. The thought of working in a real office setting, interacting with professionals, and learning from actual experiences made the moment even more significant for me.

During the send-off ceremony, I felt a deep sense of pride and motivation as I officially began my work immersion journey. The moment became even more meaningful because my mother was present to pin me and show her unwavering support. Her presence reminded me of the sacrifices and encouragement she has given me throughout my academic journey. Being pinned by her strengthened my confidence and inspired me to take my responsibilities seriously. As I stood side by side with my classmates, all of us ready to take our first step into work immersion, I felt a strong sense of unity and shared determination. Together, we represented the hard work and preparation we had undergone as students. The ceremony marked not only the beginning of our immersion experience but also a reminder that we carried the trust and support of our families, teachers, and school as we entered a professional environment.
